Message: Willy and his son are the best. Been going to him for about 10 yrs now and travel all the way from Suffolk County because of his honesty and excellent knowledge of all-things Mercedes-Benz. He rebuilt my transmission which is not typical of most mechanics outside that specialty. He's also a great guy to talk to and treats you fairly.

Message: Willy's was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I found that the owner Willy is very compassionate, friendly and very fair. He cares about his customers and tries to save them money even though many of the cars brought here belong to very wealthy people from Great Neck. He treats everyone equally. When ever I get bids, Willy's prices are much fairer then his competition. And I also found out that he has decades of experience working at major car dealerships as a lead mechanic before he opened up his own place. He represents old school neighborhood service as your friend not as a customer. He becomes family. His quality of work and service is excellent and he stands behind what he does.

Message: I don't write many reviews but Willy deserves it. I like to DIY many car related things and have been doing so for our R350 for a few years now. Without knowing me, I spoke to Willy on the phone regarding some issues and he helped me without asking for anything. I've been wanting to repay him back for a while now and recently had some things that needed to be taken to him for. I was happy to do so. I took my car there for a wheel bearing replacement and transmission cooler line replacement. He drove the car, confirmed to me that it was indeed the bearing and told me which one. I made an appointment for the repairs and while I was there, asked him to do many other things. His prices were so reasonable that I ended up paying him more than what he asked for. He doesn't double charge for things like dealers would based on 'book time'. On top of it, he has been working on cars as a MB tech for decades. His customers are his friends and you see that right away. I spent several hours there while he worked on my car and even stayed to chat with him and his customers after i was finished. He's as honest as they come. I won't be working on my car much anymore and will just take it to Willy to fix going forward.. Long story short, don't think twice about going here. He can diagnose things quickly, has decades of experience, does quality work and you'll save a fortune if you own a Mercedes. Keep up the great work guys!

Message: Willy is a fantastic Mercedes technician. He has decades of experience and what seems like a century of knowledge. Along with his son they have done work ranging from just an oil change(yup no big deal), to a full rebuild of the engine head on my 1982 240d. He tells it like it is with nothing but the truth and lets you know just what your repair entails. Just as many other people who have posted a review, yes his prices are quite fair. But with that said his work is priceless. If you are considering using him, do it. Ditch The Dealer and you will say WOW about Willy :) :).

Message: Willy is a Mercedes genius and solved a problem on my '87 560SL when 4 (! ) other local Benz shops (including a highly rated dealer) could not figure it out. His expertise is incredible, he has a great team around him, and his prices are better than any other shop. He's also just a great person. I can't recommend Willy enough and will buy another older SL knowing that he's around to work on it.
